i wish more people said that being single is normal

and if marriage happens, it happens. and it’s not the next big ticket to check off in life’s checklist
because not everyone meets someone they want to marry. and that’s normal

Losing weight is hard
Changing your lifestyle or fitness levels is hard
You will make mistakes
You will learn a lot about yourself and those around you
Its OK and normal to be scared that you will fail - lets talk about it
Its OK to be honest about your fears - lets talk about it
Don’t be afraid to change your method or direction if its not working
You don’t have to pretend your journey is easy to make your followers happy
Be humble. Love yourself.
When you’re not used to exercising and then you start doing it consistently you’ll notice that you tend to be hungry more often. EAT! This is your body telling you that you’re working harder and it needs more nutrients to keep it going! This isn’t a challenge of how much self control you have when it comes to food. Listen to your body and EAT!
